Philip Purdy is an experienced customer service leader currently serving as the Head of Customer Happiness at Yoto since July 2025. Previously, Philip held the position of Global Customer Care Lead at Elvie from January 2022 to July 2025, where significant initiatives included enabling 24/7 customer care through a call center partner shift.
