Rebecca Oku

Rebecca Oku is an accomplished professional in the children's publishing and licensing industry, currently serving as the Head of UK Content Licensing at Yoto, an interactive audio platform for kids, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca was the Associate Publisher for Brands & Fiction at HarperCollins Publishers, where responsibilities included brand strategy for children's heritage brands. As a co-founder of House of Leopard, Rebecca contributed to the creation of an online boutique featuring leopard print products. Previous experience at Egmont involved leading editorial teams for major global brands including Minecraft and Star Wars, while a tenure at Penguin encompassed various editorial roles with a focus on licensed children's properties. Rebecca holds a first-class degree in English Literature from the University of Reading.
