An Mai currently serves as the Team Lead for Customer Success at Yotpo since March 2023, following a tenure as Customer Success Manager at PartnerStack from November 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager for both In Stadium & Third Party Initiatives and 5050 Fundraising Programs with the Toronto Blue Jays between January 2018 and October 2020. An Mai also held positions as Team Lead for Sales and Specialist for Cash Wrap at Under Armour from August 2012 to January 2018. An Mai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ryerson University.
