Donna Gershowitz

Donna Gershowitz has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly as a General Counsel. Donna most recently worked as the SVP, General Counsel at Yotpo, starting in March 2021. Previously, they held the role of General Counsel at Yotpo from February 2021 to July 2022.

Prior to their time at Yotpo, Donna served as the VP Legal at WalkMe™ from April 2020 to February 2021.

Earlier in their career, they were the General Counsel at Compugen Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for all commercial and legal compliance, managing corporate matters, and overseeing commercial agreements.

Donna also held various legal positions at PCB Technologies Ltd., Ceragon Networks, Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., and msystems (purchased by SanDisk), where they served as VP & General Counsel or General Counsel, demonstrating a strong track record in legal leadership.

Donna Gershowitz has a BA in Politics from Brandeis University. Donna also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
