Efrat Barzilay is a seasoned professional in customer success and creative analysis with extensive experience in leading teams and managing client relationships. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success in the EMEA SMB and US SMB Scale Touch divisions at Yotpo since October 2021, Efrat has a proven track record in optimizing customer engagement and driving revenue growth. Prior to Yotpo, Efrat held various roles at FrontStory, including Creative Analyst Team Lead and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams, onboarding clients, and increasing business activity.
