Hofit Yossef

Hofit Yossef has extensive experience in payroll and HR roles. Hofit currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll at Yotpo, where they lead a team responsible for payroll operations and compliance across multiple countries. Prior to this, they worked at Noble Energy as an HR and Payroll Analyst, managing compensation and benefits, conducting payroll audits, and providing training to employees. Hofit also held positions at Guberman Group as a Payroll Bureau Manager, overseeing a team and addressing employee queries, and as a Controller, handling accounting and financial reporting. Hofit began their career at Fahn Kanne Grant Thornton Israel as a Senior, specializing in internal audits and data analysis.

Hofit Yossef's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Economy & Business Management, which they obtained from Ariel University between 2007 and 2010. Hofit later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, completing it from 2010 to 2013. In 2017, they attended Ono Academic College for a brief period, focusing on Payroll Accountant studies. In terms of additional certifications, Yossef obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from ICPA in January 2016 and the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the same institution in February 2018.
