Shir Bromberg

Shir Bromberg is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in backend development, big data, and automation engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Backend Team Lead at Yotpo since March 2017, Shir has also held roles as Big Data Team Leader and Big Data Engineer within the same company. Prior to Yotpo, Shir worked as a Software Developer at EMC, specializing in Java development, and as an Automation Engineer at AlgoSec, focusing on QA automation and Python scripting. Early career experience includes a QA Engineer position at Yoggie Security Systems, emphasizing Perl scripting, and a data analyst role in the Intelligence unit of the IDF, concentrating on cyber security. Shir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2014.
