Tali Vitman is a seasoned professional in the fields of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and people analytics, currently serving as a Specialist at Yotpo since May 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Compensation, Benefits & People Analytics Expert at Aqua Security from November 2020 to April 2025, and as an HR Operations Analyst & Welfare Expert at Amdocs from July 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included data analysis, KPI reporting, and support for HR processes. Tali’s career commenced at Log-On Software, where contributions were made to programming solutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
