Yaniv Hadad

Yaniv Hadad is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in scaling R&D operations and driving engineering excellence across global teams. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering for Reviews & UGC at Yotpo since November 2021, Yaniv oversees the R&D department of a 62+ million ARR business and has successfully co-led the User Generated Content group, managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at CME Group, where direct management of engineering leaders and project oversight involving 40+ stakeholders were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Yaniv led R&D teams at Traiana and managed the development of critical applications at IBM. Holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology and a BSc in Computer and Information Sciences from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Yaniv combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership skills.
