Umer Sajjad

Umer Sajjad is a cybersecurity professional currently working as a SOC Analyst-L1 at Calian IT & Cyber Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this role, Umer served as a Teacher Assistant for Information Assurance at FAST-NUCES, where significant learning about cybersecurity took place. Umer held the position of Cyber Security Secretary at the IEEE Computer Society and was Project Lead at Solutions Hut, gaining valuable teamwork experience. As Vice Head of the Blue Team at Cyberspace Legion Fast, Umer focused on networking, security, and forensics. Additionally, Umer demonstrated leadership skills as Vice Head of a quiz competition at NaSCon. Umer holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and completed intermediate studies in Pre-Engineering at Punjab College.
