Michelle Banham

Michelle Banham currently serves as Chief of Staff at You.com, overseeing multiple departments including Ops, HR, Finance, Legal, and Admin, while guiding company strategy and investor relations. In addition, Michelle provides fractional Chief of Staff services to Venturepark Labs, supporting HR and people operations. Previous experiences include roles at Offsite, RIVET, and Prodigy Education, where significant achievements included scaling businesses, managing fundraising efforts, and improving operational efficiency. Michelle's extensive background as an Executive Assistant at organizations such as Stanley Black & Decker and the Greater Toronto Airports Authority highlights a strong capability in high-level support and project management.
