Angela Marshall

Angela Marshall has extensive work experience in the field of support. Angela started their career at Teledyne CARIS in 2003 as a Software Developer and worked there until 2009. In 2011, they joined YNAB as a Support Specialist and gradually worked their way up to Head of Support, their current role. Angela has held various positions within YNAB, including Support Manager, Senior Support Manager, and Director of Support.

Angela Marshall earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical at the same university from 1998 to 2003. Currently, Angela is enrolled in Seth Godin's altMBA program, known as altMBA54, offered through Seth Godin's Akimbo Workshops. Angela started the program in 2023 and their end year is not yet specified.
