Hillary Thow

Hillary Thow is a Customer Support Specialist at YNAB since April 2021, bringing prior experience as an Administrative Assistant at Vibrant Life Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing the reception area and assisting patients. Hillary has also worked as a Freelance Writer for the Royal Military College of Canada, creating short fiction for the online publication e-Veritas, and served as a Server at Sunnyside Cafe Esquimalt, where customer relations and complaint resolution were key duties. Hillary holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Laurentian University, alongside attending the Royal Military College of Canada.
