Jonathan Salt

Jonathan Salt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the food manufacturing industry. Jonathan served as the Chief Operating Officer at Youfoodz, overseeing the supply chain, growth, risk and compliance, and cost aspects of the business. Jonathan also played a strategic role in the launch of a new facility. Prior to that, they worked as the Manufacturing Manager at Sunny Queen Australia, leading the meal solutions manufacturing team and implementing lean concepts. Jonathan also held management positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, Goodman Fielder, VIP Petfoods, Heinz Wattie's, and Southland Diary Coop Ltd, where they gained expertise in operations management and revenue growth.

Jonathan Salt obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, and Product Development from Massey University in 1994. Jonathan then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Diary Science and Technology at Massey University until 1995.
