Jez Belas

Jez Belas is an experienced professional in the fields of sports, fitness, and sales. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Sales and Engagement Director at Life on Time since September 2019, Jez is also the Founder and CEO of APD: Athletic & Personal Development, offering fitness services to the local community. Previous roles include Director of Sport, PE & Wellness at Leighton Park School and Head of PE/Director of Sport at Frensham Heights School, showcasing a strong background in educational sports leadership. Additionally, Jez has experience as a Sales Support Executive at IMG and a Sports and PE Teacher at Waingels College. Educational credentials include a GTP in Secondary PE from the University of Reading and a degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Exeter.
