Tecia Leonard

Tecia Leonard currently serves as the Head of Risk and Assurance at Youi Insurance, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the Risk and Assurance functions and fostering a positive risk culture. Leonard's extensive tenure at Youi Insurance began in January 2010, with roles progressing from Sales Advisor to Service Quality Specialist, Service Quality Manager, and ultimately to Head of Assurance and Reporting. Throughout these positions, a strong focus was placed on internal service quality, operational assurance, and team leadership. Tecia Leonard holds a Bachelor of Justice in Criminology from Queensland University of Technology and is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
