Daniel Hills

Daniel Hills currently serves as the Credit Decision Team Lead at YouLend, having progressed through various roles within the company since February 2022, including Credit Decision Associate and Senior Operations Executive. In these positions, Daniel has provided essential support to a UK-based team focused on background and regulatory checks for high-risk merchants, while also onboarding new team members and driving performance to meet departmental targets. Prior to YouLend, Daniel worked as a Warehouse Associate at Amazon, where responsibilities included sorting and packing orders, and gained experience as a Consumer Healthcare Talent intern at GSK, assisting with talent pipeline management. Daniel holds a degree from Loughborough Business School and completed A Levels in Economics, Business, and Geography at Samuel Whitbread Academy.
