Jakob Pethick

Jakob Pethick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at YouLend within the Banking Circle Group since November 2019, Jakob leads Commercial, Product, and Operations teams. Previously, Jakob held various leadership roles at Funding Circle, including Head of Lending Partner Implementation and Solutions for the Canadian market and Manager for the UK business unit, achieving significant revenue growth during a pivotal transformation from private to public. Jakob's career started in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, with a focus on financial services, and co-founding a leather design company. Jakob holds a BA MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Studentereksamen in Social Science, Mathematics, and Music from Sankt Annæ Gymnasium.
