Lee Weinberg

Lee Weinberg has had a long and successful career in the legal industry. Lee began as an Attorney at Law at Debevoise & Plimpton in 1990, and then moved to Riordan & McKinzie in 1994. In 1999, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of SalesMountain, a wireless and wireline sales and special-event-advertising infomediary for traditional "brick and mortar" and online retailers in the US, England and Germany. Lee personally raised over $14 million in equity capital in two rounds and led business development, spearheaded all foreign offices and operations. In 2002, they founded the boutique "corporate only" law firm Weinberg Dienes LLP and predecessor law practice, which later merged into Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP in 2005, where they were a Partner. Lee also became an Angel Investor (former Officer and Exec. Comm. Member) at Tech Coast Angels in 2005. In 2009, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Weinberg Gonser Frost LLP and Director (Board), outside GC at Umami Restaurant Group, LLC. In 2010, they took on the role of Director (Board), outside GC at YouMail, Inc. and Advisor at AEi Systems, Inc.

Lee Weinberg attended Yale Law School and received a JD in Law.
