Jacquelyn Zlater

Jacquelyn Zlater has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacquelyn currently serves as a Business Intelligence Manager at Youme Healthcare, where they are responsible for gathering business requirements, collecting and cleaning data, and preparing reports for distribution to stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked at Thriveworks, first as a Reporting Analyst, where they transformed data into strategic business information, and later as a Quality Analyst, using statistical data to improve processes and update department executives. Before joining Thriveworks, they worked as an Enrollment Specialist at a counseling and coaching services company, where they excelled in sales and customer service. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director of Operations at Marlop Trucking, where they oversaw appointment scheduling, dispatching, routing, and tracking of fleet vehicles. Jacquelyn also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at KnifeCenter.com and as a Sales Advisor at Safford Automotive Group. Additionally, they worked at Intuit in various roles, including Employee Management Solutions Consultant, Payment Specialist, Small Business Consultant, and Sales Consultant. Jacquelyn began their career as a Seaman Apprentice in the US Navy before transitioning to the corporate sector.

Jacquelyn Zlater's education history begins with their completion of an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Germanna Community College. Jacquelyn attended this college from 2010 to 2012.

Afterwards, Jacquelyn pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Analytics from American Military University. Jacquelyn attended this university from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Jacquelyn enrolled in Eastern University to pursue a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Jacquelyn is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Jacquelyn obtained the QuickBooks Certified User certification from Intuit in January 2013. Jacquelyn also achieved the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2021. Additionally, Jacquelyn earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level II from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in March 2021.
