Desislava Doncheva

Desislava Doncheva serves as the Managing Director at Yoummday since August 2018 and has been a mentor at Mentor the Young from March 2023 to March 2024, where guidance was provided to young adults in career and personal development. Prior to these roles, Desislava held various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2011 to 2018, including Operations Manager for the DACH & ESE Dispatch, where a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence was maintained. Additional responsibilities included serving as Finance Chair for the Women@Work Employee Resource Group and leading a team in the offshore German Dispatch Operation. Previous experience at Hewlett Packard and Sitel involved enhancing team efficiency and managing service requests. Desislava holds a Master’s Degree in Economics of Tourism from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, and specialized secondary education in Banking, Insurance, and Social Security.
