Elaine O'Toole

Previously, Elaine held the role of SVP, Global Customer Value at Vista from November 2020 to July 2023. At Amazon from March 2007 to May 2020, Elaine advanced through several director positions, leading initiatives in product management across various customer service and human resource technology sectors. Notably, Elaine directed global product strategies for customer service associates and was instrumental in expanding Amazon's international operations for Kindle and digital products. Earlier in career, Elaine managed customer services and technical support for over 200 personnel at Sage from February 1999 to February 2007. Elaine possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from University College Dublin, and specializes in organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and leadership coaching.
