Steven Fiorillo

Steve joined YAI as Purchasing Manager in 2013 and was promoted to Director of Insurance and Procurement in 2017 after taking over the corporate lines of insurance. Since then, he has helped overhaul the organization’s procurement guidelines and RFP process. He also created and oversees YAI’s safety committee, and plays a key role in mitigating the organization’s insurance risk. In 2024, he was promoted to Chief of Staff, where he focuses on technology, innovation, and streamlining processes. Prior to joining YAI, he worked in the buying office for Bed Bath & Beyond. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in business management and economics, and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from SUNY Empire State University.
