We offer an innovative, high impact solution to youth unemployment. Africa has the largest population of young people in the world. Half of them are under thirty five years old of which two thirds don’t have a fixed job. We are determined to change that. We believe we can train 500.000 youth by 2025.

The leadership team at Young Africa has a wealth of experience in research, training, and education. They have been involved with a number of different organizations, including the Africa Community Development and Research Centre, Silveira House Oasis Commercial School, and Oasis Commercial School. This experience gives them a unique perspective on the needs of young people in Africa and how to best support them.
