Ollie Sutherin serves as Principal consultant for Y&A Credit Services, while also responsible for the development, growth, implementation, and strategic planning for the company.
Beginning his banking career in 2016, Ollie has primarily focused on the commercial side of banking. He began his career with Young & Associates concentrating on the company’s loan review process while learning the basics of lending and credit and participating in loan review field work. He then took a role as a credit analyst at a regional bank in West Virginia where he worked for several years.
Ollie returned to Young & Associates in 2018, working in the loan review department and performing third-party loan reviews and due diligence reviews for small and regional banks. He then assumed responsibility for the organization and distribution of information in the loan review department as the manager of lending administration, where he streamlined the information sharing process and oversaw the implementation of a new software platform, ensuring proper documentation. While manager of the quality control department, the department had two record years of revenue generated, and the departments productivity nearly doubled.
Ollie graduated with a B.S. in Economics from West Virginia University in Morgantown and completed an MBA with a concentration in Management from Marshall University.
