Grace Hincapie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare, marketing, and community outreach. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Evangelization for Young Catholic Professionals within the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon, Grace also holds positions as a Producer Agent for American Income Life and a Consultant for Olive Tree People Inc. Previous roles include Donor Relations Coordinator and Medical Assistant at Holy Family Catholic Clinic, Certified Nursing Assistant at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, and outreach roles with the Carmelite Sisters of Los Angeles. Grace has also excelled in freelance work as a Social Media Manager and Writer, focusing on entrepreneurship, fashion, and women's ministry. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from Benedictine College and has completed nursing assistant training.

YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
