Jennifer Baugh is the Founder and Advisor of Young Catholic Professionals (YCP), a rapidly growing non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young Catholics in their professional lives since its inception in 2010. In addition to serving on YCP’s Board of Directors, Jennifer has previously held roles as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at FTI Consulting, where analysis and strategic advice were provided to clients, and as a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, where client account management and business development were key responsibilities. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Trinity University.

Young Catholic Professionals
YCP was founded in 2010 to help young professionals connect with one another and maintain their Catholic faith while pursuing demanding careers. Our mission is to encourage young adult professionals to Work in Witness for Christ. YCP brings young adults together for speaker events, panel discussions, and networking in order to foster Catholic identity, to encourage community, and to inspire a call to action in cities across the country.
