Victoria Jagger is a Graduate Consultant at Nous Group since February 2025 and serves as the Marketing & Communications Director and Contributing Writer for the Young Diplomats Society, where articles on international affairs are written and digital marketing strategies are implemented to enhance global issues accessibility for young adults. Previously, Victoria held positions as an Advocacy, Research and Communications Intern at AWARE, focusing on women's rights and gender equality, a Legal Intern at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency Ltd, providing legal assistance to Aboriginal clients, and a Paralegal at Creative Family Law Solutions, working on family law matters. Victoria completed a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights and International Relations at the same institution, along with attending the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for a law seminar in 2021.

We provide young people with opportunities to engage with international affairs. As an organisation led by young people, we are proud to produce: - Publications: We publish articles written by young people to bring meaningful and original ideas to the discussion of Australia's foreign policy and international relations. - Events: We host regular events on global affairs with academics, experts and professionals in the field. - Podcast: Our podcast, Global Questions, is a weekly podcast for young people who want to know more about global affairs. We interview experts (such as Julian Burnside), dive deep into the news and interview young professionals for career advice.
