Sophearith YORN serves as the Managing Director & Head of Trainer at BKD Academy since March 2023 and as Co-Head of Trainer for the IDEAS Project | Cambodia since September 2023, showcasing over 7 years of experience in education and training across diverse environments. As a Co-Founder & Head of Strategist at Morodok Basedth, Sophearith has contributed to establishing Cambodia's premier eco-tourism destination. Additionally, Sophearith founded and leads BizKhmer Media, focusing on digital marketing and business growth strategies while serving numerous roles in academia, including delivering lectures and course design. Sophearith also holds the position of Chair of Public Relations Committee for the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia and was President of BNI Brilliant-Phnom Penh 2 from 2022 to 2023. Educational credentials include multiple MBAs and specialized training in entrepreneurship and innovation management.
