Additionally, Sophearith founded and leads BizKhmer Media, focusing on digital marketing and business growth strategies while serving numerous roles in academia, including delivering lectures and course design. Sophearith also holds the position of Chair of Public Relations Committee for the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia and was President of BNI Brilliant-Phnom Penh 2 from 2022 to 2023. Educational credentials include multiple MBAs and specialized training in entrepreneurship and innovation management.

Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization that was launched in September 2009 by a team of passionate Cambodian young entrepreneurs from various sectors of businesses in Cambodia. Its mandate is to support and empower Cambodian young entrepreneurs to enhance youth entrepreneurship and success of youth-owned businesses by creating a platform for networking, sharing, learning, and synergizing business opportunities, thereby contributing to productive employment and economic development that build the next generation economy for Cambodia.
