Young Expert Programmes
Hilman Agil Satria currently serves as a Young Expert of Sanitation for both the Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan and the Young Expert Programmes since November 2018, focusing on providing technical and managerial support in wastewater management, particularly in implementing the Regular Desludging Service program and strengthening partnerships with Dutch Water Authorities. Previously, as a Sanitation Engineer at Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Hilman offered technical guidance for building sanitation infrastructure in local communities. Additionally, experience includes roles as an International Account Manager at PT Dahliah Duta Utama and as a Marketing Specialist at PT Madani Niaga Nusantara. Hilman holds a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Universitas Padjadjaran and is currently pursuing a Master's in Environment & Sustainability at Monash University.

Young Expert Programmes
Professional coaching, capacity building training and work experience placement encouraging young professionals to start an international career in the water, agrofood and/or energy sectors. Young Expert Programmes, also known as YEP Programmes, aims to build expertise in the water, agrofood and renewable energy fields and create a young, refreshing, and inspiring international network. Whereas Dutch Young Experts are given the opportunity to gain relevant international experience through Dutch organisations operating in developing countries and emerging markets, non-Dutch Young Experts can acquire relevant work experience in an international environment with a Dutch organisation operating in their country. To achieve this, YEP Programmes offers financial support to Dutch organisations employing Young Experts for the realisation of international development aid and trade projects. By building sustainable relations and capacity as a network in the field of water, agrofood and renewable energy, together we contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. YEP Programmes is an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs carried out by the Netherlands Water Partnership, the Netherlands Food Partnership, and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency.
