Brooke Messaye is a communications professional with diverse experience in digital media, membership engagement, and public relations. Currently serving as a Communications Associate at Young Futures Org since January 2025, Brooke previously held roles at DoSomething.org, where responsibilities included senior associate and internship positions focused on membership engagement. Academic experience includes a significant internship with Loyola Law School's Project for the Innocent, involving case investigation and communication with stakeholders. Other roles in graphic design and social media management have included leadership positions at the Wisconsin Black Student Union and The Black Voice, as well as chairing the Black History Month Planning Committee. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Reporting and Strategic Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in May 2023.

Young Futures Org
Young Futures (YF) is a non-profit on a mission to make the digital world an easier place to grow up. YF provides a social compass for teens and families navigating the tech-driven world by supporting emerging non-profits working tirelessly to help young people and their families not just survive but flourish as a team when navigating the uncertainties of the digital wilderness. Young Futures is a project of the New Venture Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Its principal sponsors include Pivotal Ventures, Susan Crown Exchange, and The Goodness Web.
