Merve DİKİCİLER is an experienced professional with a strong background in program coordination and leadership. Since November 2014, Merve has held various roles at Young Guru Academy (YGA), including Program Director, Executive Board Member, and High School & University Program Coordinator, demonstrating a commitment to youth leadership and community engagement. Additionally, Merve has served as a product manager assistant at Sera Group and completed civil engineering internships at NEF Real Estate and Sera Construction.
