The Management and Oversight team at Young Guru Academy (YGA) ensures the smooth operation and strategic direction of the organization. Comprised of key leaders including the UK Country Director, Chairman Of The Board And Founder, Human Resources & Culture Director, and a Team Leader, this team is responsible for fostering a positive organizational culture, overseeing project development, and maintaining YGA’s standards of excellence. They coordinate efforts to cultivate youth talent, drive social innovation, and manage international ventures that contribute to societal benefit.
