Lisa Nishimura

Lisa Nishimura is an experienced engagement coordinator currently leading youth programming at Young Invincibles. With a background that includes roles as an organizing fellow and young advocate, Lisa has developed and facilitated various programs, including the Young Advocates Program and a partnership with the NYC Mayor's Office. Previous experience includes internships focused on community development, program administration, and youth support across multiple organizations, such as PEN America and STREET POETS INC. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College, further highlighting a commitment to social advocacy and education for underserved communities.
