Manoj K has a strong background in business development and brand strategy. Manoj started their career as a Business Development Specialist at HCLTech in December 2013 and worked there until April 2015. Following that, they joined Newgen Software as a Sr. Business Development Executive from April 2015 to August 2016. In 2021, Manoj joined Creative Orion as a Brand Strategist and Young IT Minds Pvt. Ltd as the Head Of Business Development. In their role at Young IT Minds, Manoj utilized their extensive knowledge of business and technologies to contribute to the company's success. Manoj holds a Master's degree in International Business and has graduated in Computer Science.

Manoj K completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions between the years 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Science from Delhi Public School Noida from 2005 to 2007.
