Iris Molier

Iris Molier is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in recruitment, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as an Ambassador for the Young Lady Business Academy since November 2020, Iris was selected as one of 100 young women for this initiative by Elske Doets, Businesswoman of the Year 2017. In addition to this role, Iris has held positions as a Corporate Recruiter at Yacht and an Advisor for Recruitment and Selection at Rijkswaterstaat. Earlier experiences include a Junior Account Manager role at Just Leadz, a Marketing Intern at Knowledge Monk, and a Product Development Internship at Barrio Life. Iris is pursuing a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at TecnoCampus, building upon a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Hogeschool TIO Utrecht.
