Andy Swanda

Andy Swanda serves as the Regional Director for the YL North Star Region at Young Life since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Development and Vice President of Outreach at TreeHouse Hope from August 2011 to January 2022. Additionally, Andy was the Metro Director at Young Life Southwest Twin Cities from January 2006 to August 2011 and served as a Youth Pastor at Bridgewood Church from April 2001 to January 2006. Earlier experience encompasses positions as a Staff Writer at Frequent Flyer Services and Project Manager at techies.com. Academically, Andy holds a B.S. in Business Management and Mathematics from Grove City College and completed a Mini-MBA for Non-Profits at the University of St. Thomas.
