Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson currently serves as the Director of Guest Services at Young Life, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Brian was the Chief Operations Officer at SpringHill from August 2022 to November 2024. Brian's extensive experience with Young Life spans over a decade, including roles as Camp Manager and Guest Services Manager from March 2011 to August 2022, alongside earlier positions as Guest Services Specialist and Staff Associate from July 2004 to August 2009. Before joining Young Life, Brian was the Marketing and IT Director at Doulos Partners from August 2009 to March 2011. Brian also worked as a firefighter in both the City of Mobile, AL, and the City of Northport from January 1999 to July 2004. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel and Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama.
