Carrie Brown

Carrie Brown has extensive experience in youth program leadership and training, currently serving as the Divisional Training Coordinator for Europe at Young Life since August 2007, where mission-wide training standards are developed and implemented. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Area Director in Hertford, England, from August 1998 to June 2007, directing local youth programs in collaboration with multiple churches, and as an International Field Coordinator providing executive-level support and staff training in intercultural communication. Carrie is pursuing a Master's degree at Dallas Theological Seminary from September 2023 to March 2026 and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with a Western Europe focus from James Madison University, along with a Certificate in Cross Cultural Studies from All Nations College.
