Heather Hoglund

Heather Hoglund has extensive experience in leadership and coaching, currently serving as a Women's Initiatives Coordinator, Regional Initiatives Coordinator, and Program Director at Young Life since March 2010. In these roles, Heather has managed an executive coaching program for 60 women in collaboration with David Couper Consulting and equipped staff and volunteers in the Northwestern Division for ministry with teen parents. Additionally, Heather has taken on coaching and spiritual direction responsibilities at Heather Hoglund Coaching since September 2024, driven by a commitment to support others' growth as inspired by personal experiences with impactful coaches. Heather's education includes studies at Everett Community College from 1996 to 1998.
