Mayra Alfaro Martinez is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Interim Area Director for Young Life, Mayra leads and trains volunteer teams while developing ministry strategies. At the Mission Economic Development Agency, Mayra holds multiple roles, including Program Associate for the Equitable Recovery Institute, where collaboration on strategic initiatives occurs, and Senior Workforce Development Coach, focusing on empowering clients through skill enhancement and job readiness.
