Nkosi Sampindi

Nkosi Sampindi currently serves as the Vice President of International Field Operations at Young Life, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Nkosi accumulated extensive experience at Young Life Africa from January 2006 to September 2023, advancing through various roles including Divisional Operations Director, Senior Regional Director, and Regional Director, among others. Nkosi began a professional career at Odermark Investments as a Sales Representative from February 2004 to January 2006, focusing on sales and marketing. Academically, Nkosi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and multiple law degrees from the University of South Africa, along with several diplomas in Business Administration and Strategic Management from Speciss College.
