Senior Vice President Regulatory & International Letal Affairs at Young Living

Jacqueline Molling has extensive experience in legal affairs and regulatory compliance. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory & International Legal Affairs at Young Living Essential Oils since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Regulatory & International Legal Affairs at the same company from October 2020. From January 2019 to December 2019, they were the Executive Director of International Legal Affairs. Jacqueline also worked as the Sr. Director of International Legal Affairs at Young Living Essential Oils from April 2015 to December 2019, where they managed legal risks and drafted contracts for international markets expansion.

Earlier in their career, Jacqueline worked at Ramirez Perches & Raya Lois. as an Attorney in Private Practice from November 2005 to February 2007, where they focused on drafting legal documents and advising clients on intellectual property issues.

Jacqueline also gained experience as an Attorney in private practice at L. Ramirez and Associates & Notary Public Number 3 from October 2003 to February 2007, working with private clients on real estate and corporate entity matters.

Jacqueline Molling obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana, campus GDL, from 2000 to 2005. Jacqueline later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix in 2012-2013. In 2010, they studied Paralegal Studies at Utah Valley University. Jacqueline also holds a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana. In 2020, Jacqueline Molling obtained a certification in the Women's Leadership Program from Executive Education at the Yale School of Management.
