Kobus Minnaar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Regional President for EMEA & APAC at Young Living Essential Oils since April 2021, Kobus previously held positions including Managing Director at Tupperware Southern Africa and Avroy Shlain Cosmetics, where responsibilities included guiding company strategy and managing financial operations. With a strong background in finance, Kobus has successfully handled financial functions at several companies, including Swissgarde and Sipo Industrial Services, demonstrating expertise in business partnering and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies from the University of Pretoria.
