Serina Anhorn possesses a strong background in customer service and operations management, with significant experience in various leadership roles. At Young Living Essential Oils, Serina serves as Sr Director of Call Center Operations and previously held the position of Director of Member Service. Prior to this, Serina was Customer Care and Fraud Operations Manager at Walmart eCommerce, Customer Service Operations Manager at Netflix, and Global Trust Policy Manager at eBay.
