Tracy Griffiths

Tracy Griffiths is an experienced wellness professional with a robust background in integrative health care and essential oils, currently serving as a member of the Integrative Health Care Professional Council at Young Living Essential Oils since January 2000. Tracy has over 20 years of experience as a wellness and longevity coach, supporting individuals through the application of essential oils. Tracy holds various instructional roles, including instructor at the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program and the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts, and is a Polarity Therapy instructor at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing. Additionally, Tracy co-owns and co-directs the Life Energy Institute, where responsibilities include curriculum development and teaching advanced healing arts. The professional background also includes a private practice since 1988, specializing in therapies such as Cranial Sacral Therapy and Somatic Trauma Resolution, as well as involvement in educational initiatives across major universities and hospitals nationwide. Tracy Griffiths earned a BA in Journalism from California State University and studied at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing.
