Wendy Hornburg

Wendy Hornburg is an experienced health and wellness educator and strategic HR professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Owner and Health & Wellness Educator at Young Living Essential Oils since April 2016, Wendy focuses on promoting health through natural therapeutic grade essential oils. Previously, Wendy held significant HR leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources at St. John - Mittelhauser & Associates, Inc., and Global HR Business Partner at HERE, where strategic advisory roles contributed to the success of executive initiatives and employee engagement programs. With extensive experience at United Airlines in various HR capacities, including Director HR Business Partner, Wendy has developed and implemented innovative performance management processes and supported talent development initiatives. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Northern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Counseling from Governors State University.
