John Villare

John Villare serves as the Vice President of the Full-Time Engagement Professionals Talent Practice at Robert Half since May 2018, overseeing the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals for the Management Consulting Division. With prior roles at Robert Half including Assistant Vice President and Talent Director, John has demonstrated extensive experience in sourcing talent. Concurrently, John has been a Swim Coach at the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County since September 2008, where responsibilities include directing conditioning programs and managing practice sessions. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Service Representative at Citadel Federal Credit Union, where John developed financing solutions and fostered client relationships. Educationally, John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University.
