Shani Lee

Shani Lee is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Patient Centered Representative at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. since September 2023, where responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage, registering new patients, maintaining accurate patient charts, obtaining pre-authorizations, and scheduling appointments. In addition, Shani has been a Membership Representative at Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County since August 2018, managing the membership database and engaging with members. Previously, Shani gained experience as a Marketing/Social Media Intern at Rivera Marketing and Media Group from January to April 2023, where the focus was on designing social media content and managing client accounts. Shani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Temple University in 2021.
