Thomas Warfel

Thomas Warfel is an experienced professional in facility maintenance and event management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County since January 2020. Warfel has extensive officiating experience with USA Track & Field, contributing as a certified official at significant events including the Women’s Big Ten Track and Field Indoor Championships. Previous roles include Central Receiving Specialist and E-commerce Manager at Kitchen Kettle Village, Key Accounts Lead at Primitives By Kathy, and Event Staff at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Warfel's career began at Dutch Wonderland, where multiple promotions showcased strong leadership and operational skills. An alumnus of Penn State University, Warfel holds a B.S. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management. Additional certification in Motorsports Management was obtained from Sports Management Worldwide.
